About Joyce Gibson: Hailing from the Los Angeles area and getting her start as a go-go dancer in the late 1960s, Joyce later branched out into glamour nude modeling and 1970s sexploitation flicks – Street Of A Thousand Pleasures, Wham Bam Thank You Spaceman, Ilsa – Harem Keeper of the Oil Sheiks, and other landmarks of American cinema. Later she went on to bit parts in more mainstream 1980s fare such as The Fall Guy, Mork & Mindy, and Night Court. Glorious body with just the right curves in just the right places, and a certain exotic allure thanks to her Romanian-Russian ancestry, she’s one of our favorite pin-ups from the early 1970s. In an industry where aliases were common, Joyce had more than her share: Joyce Gibson, Joyce Mandel, Rinah (billed as an Israeli for that one), Nicolette, Pamela Sanders, and more. However, despite the pseudonyms she was visually tough to mistake for anyone else - "striking & unique beauty" would be an apt term. After disappearing from the modeling scene in the late 1970s, she re-emerged in the 1990s as a "lady of a certain age" going by the moniker Alexis Love, and quickly gained a cult following. In the intervening 15 or so years she had filled out quite a bit even from her earlier voluptuous figure, to the point that some whisperings of breast implants began to take hold - accusations that she's steadfastly denied! Word has it that she even got her boobs certified 100% natural by the UCLA Medical Center (although it's possible that's just an unfounded myth we're helping to perpetuate). Either way, they were big. Joyce has since retired from her second modeling incarnation, but leaves us with a pretty fantastic legacy of nudie pics spanning two separate decades.
