Judy O'Day was one of the more popular American pin-up & figure magazine models of the late 1950s, in some ways taking the baton from Bettie Page. Both were collaborators with photographer Irving Klaw - Bettie's work with him ended in 1957, which was the year of Judy's entry into the pin-up world (in short-lived men's magazine Satan's debut issue as the featured centerfold).
Judy never quite broke into pop-culture consciousness like Bettie - let's be real, few do - but both of them succeed by holding the opposing (or are they?) forces of wholesomeness & mischief alongside their beautiful, umm, smiles. The freckles are a plus too. Enjoy!
