Thomas Rowlandson was one of Britain's premiere caricaturists in the late 1700s & early 1800s. A Londoner by birth who studied at the Royal Academy as well as multiple stints in Paris, he was considered a promising artist in his youth but drifted from his creative output after inheriting a large sum of money from a wealthy aunt. During this time he was known for multiple day gambling binges and other debauchery, and within a few years was completely broke. Thus he returned to art, putting his skills to work in caricature & satire for both periodicals and books, and wound up making a reasonable living at it.
His stuff is pretty great. One thing that sets him apart from other satirists of the era is his focus on the everyday social/cultural rather than ephemeral political issues - even today his pieces give little glimpses into the lives of regular English folk.
The Metropolitan Museum of Art has a decent collection of his non-erotic works online (however they're not displayed in the physical museum), which are worth browsing through for anyone interested in the period & place.
Of course any honest peek into everyday life is going to include sex, and Rowlandson did create several series of erotic caricatures. I've compiled an overall survey of them here, ranging from more tasteful artistic nudes to some fairly bawdy scenes, most of which are poking fun at something or other and straddle the line between risque and cheerfully grotesque (not always an easy balance to strike!). The majority are copper etchings which were then hand-colored after printing.
